These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as "Terms", "Agreement", or "T&C") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "Player", "User", or "Member") and judi888 (hereinafter referred to as "judi888", "the Platform", "we", "us", or "our") in connection with your use of the website located at https://judi888.cam and all associated services, products, features, content, and functionality made available through the Platform.

By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the judi888 platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, along with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

To be eligible to register and maintain an Account on judi888, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis throughout your use of the Platform:

• Age Requirement: You must be at least 21 years of age. judi888 strictly enforces this minimum age requirement. If you are under 21, you are prohibited from creating an Account, depositing funds, or participating in any game or betting activity on the Platform.
• Legal Capacity: You must be legally capable of entering into a binding contract under the laws applicable in your jurisdiction. Persons who are legally restricted from engaging in online gambling activities in their jurisdiction of residence are not eligible to use the Platform.
• Single Account Policy: Each individual is permitted to hold only one registered Account on judi888. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same or different identities — is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of any associated funds or winnings.
• Accurate Information: You must provide accurate, complete, and current registration information. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information constitutes a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure.
• Not a judi888 Employee: Current employees, contractors, agents, and immediate family members of judi888 and its affiliated entities are not eligible to hold a Player Account or participate in promotions.
• Not Self-Excluded: Persons who have previously requested self-exclusion from judi888 are not eligible to register a new Account during their exclusion period.

judi888 reserves the right to request verification of eligibility at any point and to refuse or revoke Account access where eligibility criteria are not or can no longer be confirmed.

To access the full range of services on the judi888 Platform, you must complete the registration process by providing a valid username, password, email address, and any other information requested in the registration form. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials.

You agree to notify judi888 immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your Account. judi888 will not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to safeguard your Account credentials.

• Password Security: You are solely responsible for the security of your Account password. You must not share your password with any third party or allow any other person to access the Platform using your credentials.
• Contact Information: You must keep your registered email address, phone number, and payment method details current and accurate at all times. Outdated contact information may delay or prevent withdrawal processing.
• Account Ownership: Your Account is personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, or assign your Account or any rights associated with it to any third party.

judi888 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification programme as a mandatory requirement for all Players prior to processing their first withdrawal and at any point where the Platform deems further verification necessary. KYC verification serves to confirm a Player's identity, age, and the legitimacy of their payment methods.

As part of the KYC process, Players may be required to submit one or more of the following documents:

• Government-Issued Identification: A clear photograph or scan of your Malaysian IC (MyKad) — both front and back — or a valid international passport showing your full name, date of birth, and photograph.
• Proof of Address: A utility bill, bank statement, or official government document issued within the last three months, displaying your registered name and residential address.
• Payment Method Verification: A screenshot or statement confirming ownership of the e-wallet account or bank account used for deposits and withdrawals, to prevent fraud and ensure funds are returned to their legitimate source.
• Selfie Verification: A photograph of yourself holding your government-issued identification document alongside a handwritten note bearing the date and "judi888" — as requested by our compliance team.

Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe when requested will result in the suspension of withdrawal privileges and may ultimately lead to Account closure. judi888 reserves the right to withhold funds pending satisfactory completion of KYC where there is reasonable suspicion of fraud, identity misrepresentation, or money laundering activity.

judi888 supports a range of Malaysian payment methods for both deposits and withdrawals. These include but are not limited to: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank online banking, and Hong Leong Connect. All transactions are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR / RM).

Deposits

• The minimum deposit amount is RM30. No maximum deposit cap is imposed by judi888, though individual payment method limits set by your bank or e-wallet provider may apply.
• Deposits made via Touch 'n Go eWallet and DuitNow are typically credited to your Account instantly. FPX bank transfer deposits may take between 5 and 15 minutes to be reflected.
• judi888 does not charge transaction fees for deposits. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own service charges, for which judi888 bears no responsibility.
• Only funds deposited from payment methods registered in your own name are accepted. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.

Withdrawals

• All withdrawal requests are subject to successful completion of KYC verification prior to processing.
• Withdrawals may only be directed to a payment method previously used for deposits and registered in the Player's own name. judi888 reserves the right to return funds to the original deposit source where this cannot be confirmed.
• E-wallet withdrawals (Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay) are typically processed within 5 to 30 minutes. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to 2 hours during standard banking hours. Processing times during bank maintenance windows or public holidays may be extended.
• Players must meet all applicable wagering requirements on active bonus balances before a withdrawal request will be approved. Requests submitted while a wagering requirement remains outstanding will be held until the requirement is fulfilled or the bonus is forfeited.
• judi888 reserves the right to conduct additional security checks on withdrawal requests that exceed specified thresholds or that exhibit characteristics consistent with suspicious activity.

judi888 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible Players from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback rebates, free spins, and VIP loyalty rewards. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms attached to each promotion as well as the general bonus conditions set out in this clause.

• Wagering Requirements: All bonus funds are subject to wagering (rollover) requirements before any derived winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable multiplier (e.g., 10x, 15x, 20x) and eligible games will be specified in the individual promotion's terms. Slot games typically contribute 100% to wagering requirements; table games and live casino games may contribute at a reduced rate of 10–20%.
• Maximum Bet Cap: When playing with active bonus funds, Players are typically restricted to a maximum bet per round (generally not exceeding RM250–RM500 per spin or hand, as specified per promotion). Exceeding the maximum bet limit while a bonus is active may result in forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings.
• Bonus Expiry: All bonus funds expire if not utilised and wagered within the time period specified in the promotion (typically 7, 14, or 30 days from date of credit). Expired bonus funds and any winnings accrued therefrom will be removed from the Account without prior notice.
• Sticky Bonuses: Certain bonuses are designated as "sticky" (non-cashable), meaning the bonus amount itself cannot be withdrawn — only winnings generated from the bonus are eligible for cashout, subject to wagering requirements being met.
• Maximum Cash-Out: Specific promotions may impose a cap on the maximum amount that can be withdrawn from bonus-derived winnings. Where such a cap applies, it will be clearly stated in the promotion's terms.
• One Bonus per Promotion: Unless otherwise stated, each Player is entitled to claim each individual promotion once only. judi888 reserves the right to withhold bonus funds where multiple accounts have been used to claim the same promotion.
• Promotional Abuse: judi888 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus or promotional credit and void associated winnings where it determines, at its sole discretion, that a Player is engaging in or has engaged in bonus abuse, matched betting strategies, or any other activity intended to exploit or circumvent the spirit of a promotion.

All betting and gaming activity conducted on the judi888 Platform is subject to the specific game rules applicable to each product category, in addition to the following general conduct standards:

• Finality of Results: All game outcomes — including slot spins, live casino table results, and sports event outcomes — are determined by certified random number generators (for casino games) or real-world results (for sports betting). Once a round or bet is settled, the result is final and non-reversible except in cases of documented technical error.
• Technical Errors: In the event of a platform malfunction, disconnection, or software error that affects the outcome of a game or bet, judi888 reserves the right to void the affected round or settle the bet at the last confirmed valid state. judi888 will not honour results derived from a technical failure.
• Sports Betting Markets: Odds offered on Liga Super Malaysia, English Premier League, UFC, and all other sports markets are subject to change up until the moment a bet is confirmed. Once a bet is accepted and confirmed, the odds are locked. judi888 reserves the right to void bets placed on markets that were offered in error.
• Responsible Conduct: Players are expected to conduct themselves respectfully when interacting with the Platform's live dealer environments and customer support channels. Abusive, threatening, or fraudulent behaviour will result in immediate Account suspension.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the judi888 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of all funds, and where appropriate, referral to relevant authorities:

• Creating more than one Account or registering under false identity particulars.
• Depositing, withdrawing, or transferring funds on behalf of or for the benefit of another individual.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence systems to interact with the Platform, place bets, or exploit game mechanics.
• Engaging in money laundering, structuring transactions to avoid detection thresholds, or using the Platform for any purpose connected with illegal financial activity.
• Exploiting software bugs, game vulnerabilities, or Platform errors to generate artificial wins or bonus credits.
• Colluding with other Players to gain an unfair advantage in poker, live dealer, or other multi-player game environments.
• Engaging in matched betting, arbitrage betting, or any systematic strategy specifically designed to exploit promotional offers rather than play in the spirit intended.
• Accessing or attempting to access the Platform from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is prohibited by law.
• Providing false age, identity, or payment information during registration, KYC, or any subsequent verification process.

• Self-Exclusion: Any Player may request a temporary or permanent self-exclusion from the Platform at any time by contacting our customer support team. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours. During a self-exclusion period, the Player will not be permitted to access their Account, deposit funds, or participate in any gaming activity.
• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps on their Accounts at any time. Deposit limits take effect immediately upon being set. Requests to increase an existing limit are subject to a 48-hour cooling-off period before the increase becomes active.
• Session Reminders: Players may configure session duration alerts to receive notifications after a set period of continuous gaming activity, encouraging regular breaks.
• Reality Checks: Players may enable periodic on-screen reminders displaying the duration of their current session and net win/loss position for that session.
• Age Verification: The Platform is strictly for Players aged 21 and above. We actively enforce this requirement through KYC verification and reserve the right to close any Account where the Player's age cannot be satisfactorily confirmed.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. You may not:

• Reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the Platform without judi888's prior written consent.
• Use data mining, scraping, crawling, or similar automated data collection tools in connection with the Platform.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software or systems used to operate the Platform.
• Remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices displayed on the Platform.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, judi888 and its directors, officers, employees, agents, affiliates, and licensors shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity.
• Any loss or damage caused by a distributed denial-of-service attack, virus, malware, or other technologically harmful material that may infect your device due to your use of the Platform.
• The accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any information provided on the Platform, including odds, game rules, and promotional materials.
• Any loss arising from reliance on information or content published on the Platform.
• Interruptions to service caused by scheduled maintenance, unexpected technical failure, or circumstances beyond judi888's reasonable control.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit judi888's liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or restricted under applicable Malaysian law.

judi888 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close a Player's Account at any time and without prior notice if judi888 reasonably believes that:

• The Player has breached any provision of these Terms or any Platform policy.
• The Player is under the age of 21 or has provided false age or identity information.
• The Player has been engaged in fraudulent, collusive, or otherwise dishonest conduct.
• The Player's Account is being used in a manner inconsistent with responsible gambling guidelines and continued access poses a risk to the Player's wellbeing.
• Continuation of the Player's Account would expose judi888 to legal or regulatory risk.

Upon Account closure for any of the above reasons, judi888 reserves the right to withhold any bonus funds and associated winnings. Real money balances (excluding bonus funds) will be returned to the Player via their verified payment method following completion of any outstanding investigations, subject to applicable anti-fraud procedures.

Players wishing to voluntarily close their Account may do so by contacting our customer support team. All pending withdrawal requests must be resolved prior to Account closure.

judi888 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms at any time, at its sole discretion. Where changes are material, judi888 will make reasonable efforts to notify registered Players via the email address associated with their Account or via an in-platform notification.

The "Last Reviewed" date at the top of this page will be updated to reflect each revision. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of any updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure in accordance with Clause 13.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them — including disputes regarding their formation, validity, breach, termination, or consequences — shall be subject to the applicable laws in force in the jurisdiction under which judi888 operates.

Players who access the Platform from Malaysia do so on their own initiative and are responsible for ensuring their use of the Platform complies with all applicable local laws and regulations. judi888 makes no representation that the services or materials on the Platform are appropriate for access from all jurisdictions.

Any disputes arising between a Player and judi888 should first be raised with our customer support team at the contact details set out in Clause 16. judi888 will make reasonable endeavours to resolve any dispute informally in the first instance.
